Are you ready to make a significant impact in the field of Immuno-Oncology? As the Associate Director, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing marketing strategies for our innovative IO portfolio. This pivotal role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing market strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive the success of AstraZeneca's IO portfolio. You will oversee all marketing execution for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC), including both in-line and launch indications. Based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, you'll report directly to the head of Marketing, GI. When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world. At AstraZeneca, you'll join a diverse community united by a shared passion for learning, growth, and discovery. Our scientific community seamlessly blends academia and industry, fostering an environment where collaboration thrives. With female leaders holding 45% of senior roles internally and 475 pre-clinical collaborations across 26 countries externally, we are committed to advancing research in oncology.
