This role partners closely with U.S. and R&D HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) to ensure disciplined execution, strong governance, and measurable business impact. Over time, this role will build and lead a high-performing HR Project Management capability, embedding best-in-class PMO practices across the U.S. and R&D HR landscape while remaining tightly aligned with global HR priorities.
