The Associate Director position is part of the Upstream team in the Recombinant Drug Substance function within global Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics, & Technology (MSAT). This role focuses on enabling the reliable supply of medicines through expert technical and scientific support for licensure, ongoing commercial manufacturing, and life-cycle management activities. The successful candidate will lead a team of scientists and engineers, manage technical support for upstream commercial processes, and drive innovations in biologics manufacturing.
