About The Position

Edmonds College is seeking an Associate Director for Transfer Advising within the Office of International Programs. This position plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive services to international students, ensuring their successful enrollment and progression towards their academic goals. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of the Office of International Programs, the Associate Director will lead the college's transfer advising services, working collaboratively within a dynamic advising team dedicated to student success. The role is integral to the college's mission of fostering teaching, learning, and community engagement through effective immigration, transfer, and academic advising. The Associate Director will also lead biannual transfer fairs, conduct workshops for international students, and disseminate transfer advising information to the Office of International Programs team and the broader college community. This position is exempt and requires a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligning with the college's values and mission.
