About The Position
The Associate Director, Therapeutic Area Audit Strategy Lead will be mainly responsible for developing the TA audit strategy and overseeing the planning, conduct and reporting of internal and external audits of clinical trial investigator sites. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing the Clinical Audit Strategy for various Therapy Areas, overseeing audits, providing input in global audit plans, and ensuring effective communication of quality issues. The position also requires establishing partnerships with business stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to implement large-scale initiatives.
