About The Position

The Associate Director of Digital Lending Product Management at Wolters Kluwer is responsible for guiding a team that oversees product lines contributing directly to the revenue of the business unit. This role involves increasing the profitability of existing products and developing new products, requiring a blend of business and technical expertise. The position focuses on digital lending solutions, particularly eSigning and loan management services, and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to define product strategies and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• Strong familiarity with digital lending, including consumer, commercial, or real estate financing.
• Previous experience in the mortgage industry, understanding the mortgage closing process and benefits of electronic closings.
• Familiarity with electronic document delivery and eSigning of financial instruments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate product vision.
• Experience in developing business cases and roadmaps supporting business strategy and product goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Leadership skills to drive requirements gathering with stakeholders.
• Ability to identify product opportunities in application processing and the transition from paper to digital lending.
• Familiarity with Agile principles, Sprint planning, and product refinement.
• Understanding of UX/UI design methodologies in Sprint planning.
• Familiarity with object-oriented methodologies and REST API concepts.
• Experience launching new products and product extensions.
• Experience in product teams supporting high-volume transactional systems.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with contextual research and UX/UI design methodologies.
• Understanding of Web services (REST, WSDL).
