You can read The Brainlabs Culture Code in full here. As a technical SEO practitioner you’ll help to shape and then oversee delivery of work for clients. You will help to define the objectives of the work, and measure the success/impact, in line with overall SEO objectives and wider client-centric KPIs, actively managing the workload of the delivery team to enable this. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice. Brainlabs is culture-first. Requirements

Strong technical SEO delivery knowledge and 5+ years of experience
Demonstrable success in optimizing technical SEO and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
A good understanding about how other channels work and optimize together.
A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.

Responsibilities

Using your technical SEO knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful recommendations that outperform KPIs, on-time.
You’ll audit, develop and implement to enterprise and clients’ standards
You’ll lead the development of the technical SEO roadmap for a large enterprise client, as well as prepare presentations for stakeholder buy-in.
You will be the technical SEO expert and act a point of escalation for client teams, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time.
You’ll lead and mentor others across the practice helping to grow capability and knowledge.
Actively managing workload of your delivery teams to maximise output.
