About The Position

SoundCloud empowers artists and fans to connect and share through music. Founded in 2007, SoundCloud is an artist-first platform empowering artists to build and grow their careers by providing them with the most progressive tools, services, and resources. With over 400+ million tracks from 40 million artists, the future of music is SoundCloud. SoundCloud is seeking a multifaceted Associate Director - Technical Program Operations to join our Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) organization, someone who blends the strategic rigor of a Technical Program Manager with the operational excellence of an Executive Assistant. In this hybrid-impact role, you will help drive the Creator and Fan experiences by serving as a trusted partner to our Chief Technology Officer, supporting executive operations with precision, discretion, and forward-thinking execution. With a strong program management foundation, you are adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and elevating operational experiences through thoughtful, data-informed decision-making. You will ensure the successful execution of complex, cross-organizational initiatives, anticipate and mitigate risks, prioritize initiatives, and generate visibility for critical decisions at the senior leadership level. At the same time, you will enable the day-to-day success of executive leadership by managing complex scheduling across time zones, coordinating materials and deliverables for high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams. You will develop agendas, track actions and outcomes, operationalize strategic priorities, and maintain the clarity and momentum needed to move the business forward. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, strong analytical and organizational skills, polished communication, and the ability to influence without authority. You thrive in fast-paced environments, operate with urgency, adapt quickly, and intuitively understand what your team needs, even before they ask. Energetic, poised, and grounded in integrity, you know when to push and when to hold the line. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about advancing product impact while elevating executive effectiveness, and excelling at both high-level strategy and meticulous execution.
