Our Company Research Labs IT team partners with the Clinical Trial Operations teams within the Research & Development division to create, develop, and enhance innovative solutions to complex problems. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Product Manager for Trial and Site Management Product Line to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap of the assigned product. The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding business needs, prioritizing feature releases, and ensuring the product delivers value and aligns with business goals and has overall accountability for the product's outcomes.

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product with a major focus on outcomes
  • Work closely with software engineers, UX designers, data engineers, quality engineers and other product teams and product leadership
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions, understand KPIs, user metrics, and user trends
  • Use data driven insights to drive innovation through product discovery
  • Ability to influence and lead a team of direct and non-direct-reports, resolve conflict and maintain a high team morale
  • Focus on continuous improvement of assigned product; act as an advocate for business and IT
  • Identify and resolve project impediments & risks, escalate if necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables
  • 7+ years in Product Management
  • Proven ability to pivot strategies, adapt to changes quickly
  • Proven experience in product discovery
  • Strong experience to tie Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences
  • Experience working with modern cloud concepts SaaS, PaaS
  • Experience working with regulated applications and change control processes (GxP, SDLC)
  • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other project planning & tracking tools
  • Experience working on and managing agile teams (scrum, kanban, etc.)
  • 10+ years Product Manager
  • Pharmaceutical experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related experience
