About The Position
The Associate Director, Technical Operations, is responsible for managing a team that provides technical support for a live virus vaccine drug substance manufacturing facility. This role involves leading the technical team in various operational activities, including production process performance, process validation, and troubleshooting. The Associate Director will oversee the performance of the technical operations team and ensure alignment with business objectives while collaborating with multiple functional organizations to maintain compliance with cGMP and business requirements.
