We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Support Analyst to ensure workflows, processes, tooling and software applications are of the highest quality standard. Follow incident and problem management processes according to ITIL standards and uphold high standards for timely issue resolution and keeping stakeholders updated with progress. Contribute expertise to the functional management of existing and new IT products and services. Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements. Proactively seek automation and efficiency improvement opportunities to reduce non value added activities. Support application releases or infrastructure upgrades. Provide real-time support of trading applications.
