UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Tech Software Engineer in Test in Morrisville, NC. Are you an innovative thinker? We're looking for an Associate Director, Tech Software Engineer in Test to: • Oversee and maintain authentication and authorization services to ensure secure and seamless access to various banking applications and systems. • Handle Single Sign-On (SSO), multifactor authentication, access control policies, and identity verification processes. Prepare and maintain PingFederate configurations. • Coordinate with engineering teams and external partners for seamlessly implementation of SSO. Provide L2 support for SSO solutions on multiple products like CA SiteMinder and CA AuthMinder. Provide L2 support for the platforms providing seamless SSO experiences and enforcing strong authentication mechanisms as part of theanization's security framework. • Handle production incidents and troubleshoot authentication failures, access denials, and policy-related issues. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing authentication workflows, and ensuring high availability of authentication services. • Assist in patch management and upgrades of customer identity and access management application servers by maintaining periodic events like Quarterly Maintenance Window, reoccurring weekend events during which planned outages and changes to production environments and software are performed. • Assure critical bank applications are prepared for updates and continue to work as designed after the maintenance ispleted. • Maintain business continuity andpliance by participating in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring authentication services remain operational during critical incidents. Prepare and maintain documentation related to authentication processes and troubleshooting procedures. • Create and maintain the team's confluence repository, ensuring that all documentation isanized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for the team. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Penetration Tester, Software Tester, Security Specialist, Software Administrator, or a related occupation.
  • Experience with Authentication and Authorization including PingFederate, CA SiteMinder, CA Layer 7, CA API Gateway, Strong Authentication, PKI Infrastructure/2FA (BYOD), Transmit Security, and Microsoft Azure (AZ-500)
  • Experience with Directory Services and Databases including LDAP, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle
  • Experience with Application and Web Servers including WebLogic, WebSp, Tomcat, IIS, and Apache
  • Experience with Scripting and Development including HTML, Java, Unix Shell, Perl, and Python
  • Experience with Operating Systems including UNIX/ Linux, VMWare, and Windows
  • Experience with Networking and Security including Load Balancers, GTM, LTM, and Firewalls
  • Experience with IT Service Management including ServiceNow ITIL Framework
