Role Summary The Associate Director has a key role in the tax function of the organization. This position is primarily responsible for managing all the tax return and provision related activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. This role involves leading and coaching the tax team, supporting strategic tax planning, managing audits, and assisting special projects. This is a hands-on role that offers an opportunity to advance leadership skills and broaden tax experience in a dynamic environment. The Associate Director of Corporate Tax reports directly to the Director of Corporate Tax. This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you are in the office four days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
