THE POSITION The Associate Director of Talent Reporting and Analytics Enablement is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the firm-wide HR reporting and analytics strategy. This role ensures that people analytics data is leveraged effectively to drive strategic decision-making, workforce planning, and operational efficiency.
