About The Position
Princeton University is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Development to join its Organizational Effectiveness (OE) team within the Office of Information Technology (OIT). This role focuses on implementing comprehensive talent development and learning plans for OIT and SCAD/DCS employees, addressing the professional technical development needs in a rapidly changing technological environment. The Associate Director will lead initiatives in leadership, management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to enhance the skills of the workforce.
