The Associate Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and inspire a high‑performing recruiting organization that supports one of Kimberly‑Clark’s largest and most commercially significant business units. Kimberly‑Clark North America (KCNA) generates over $11 billion in annual revenue, underscoring the strategic scale, complexity, and business impact of this role within the commercial organization. This hybrid Chicago‑based position requires a proven talent acquisition leader with exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, a strong ability to influence across a matrixed environment, and a passion for delivering high‑quality talent strategies aligned to a fast‑moving, high‑value business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including at least 5 years of leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a commercial organization on CPG or FMCG companies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities and influence skills across levels.
  • Proven success in leading and developing high‑performing recruiting teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies -Workday and Avature.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the growth and revenue objectives of KCNA’s commercial organization.
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, providing data‑driven insights and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on priorities and talent needs.
  • Oversee full‑cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and efficient, scalable hiring processes.
  • Implement best‑practice sourcing, assessment, and selection capabilities, leveraging technology and analytics to optimize outcomes.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, analyze market trends, and report on performance to drive continuous improvement.
