Job overview You’ll lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain planning, logistics, and supply management functions at one of our key distribution centers. In this role, you guide a team of Level 1 managers and a large, union-represented frontline workforce to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service for internal and external clients. By championing innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement, you’ll drive operational excellence and help AT&T set new standards in reliability and performance.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of supply chain operations, including logistics, forecasting, materials planning, force/load management, and inventory management.
  • Experience leading large teams, making personnel decisions, and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Highly strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a proven track record of delivering operational results
  • Proficiency with data analytics with strong focus on performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Current experience leading union-represented teams.
  • Proficient in prioritizing and managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in a large-scale operational environment.
  • Familiarity with automation, AI, or robotics applications in supply chain settings.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement supply chain strategies covering demand forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation to maximize efficiency and service levels.
  • Oversee daily operations at a large distribution facility, ensuring timely order fulfillment and driving ongoing process improvements to hit performance and financial targets.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team of managers and frontline employees, supporting high performance and team growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply chain plans with business priorities and product roadmaps.
  • Use advanced data analytics to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively manage risks in compliance, finance, and sustainability.
  • Leverage automation, artificial intelligence, and robotics to optimize logistics processes and support new product introductions.
