About The Position

The Associate Director, Student Success (Employer Engagement) at the University of Louisville is responsible for leading the Employer Engagement team to develop and execute strategies that enhance employment opportunities for students. Requirements

• Master's degree with two years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in supervising staff and leading teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment software.

• Master's degree in counseling, student development, business administration, or higher education administration.
• Five years of progressive responsibility in advising, employment recruitment, and supervising staff.
• Direct experience with campus recruitment software such as Symplicity, Handshake, GradLeaders, or 12Twenty.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Employer Engagement team and provide supervision and guidance to team members.
• Plan and execute 8-12 career fairs annually to connect students with employment opportunities.
• Develop and sustain relationships with employers to expand internship and job opportunities for students.
• Integrate and optimize recruitment technology, specifically Symplicity, for operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with career coaches to develop career readiness programs and assess student learning outcomes.
• Represent the Career Center on key campus committees and contribute to departmental goals.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
