About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Student Success team, mentoring staff in recruitment, admissions, and student engagement.
  • Manage admissions funnel data and provide regular reporting to academic leadership.
  • Ensure compliance of communications and admissions processes with university policies.
  • Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making in recruitment and engagement activities.
  • Supervise coordination of college events and student awards, ensuring alignment with academic objectives.
  • Oversee budget and financial compliance for student engagement activities.
  • Participate in local and regional recruiting activities as needed.
  • Supervise student workers and interns, coordinating their support efforts.
