About The Position

The Associate Director of Strategy & Business Operations will act as the financial, analytical, and process expert for the Walmart & Sam’s customer sales teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that all of their team performance goals are met, including volume, GSAT, and trade execution within guidelines. They will lead the team in driving growth with assigned customers and advise respective Sales VPs and Sr Directors on risks and opportunities to maximize results. As the CFO of your customer, you will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the Prepared Foods business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of relevant CPG experience, including Customer Management, Sales Planning, and Trade Marketing.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft suite, esp. Excel, PPT, PBI being capable of ingesting large amounts of data and developing actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, multi-task across shifting priorities, and be detail-oriented and process-centric.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to influence upward decision makers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Customer Finance and Sales Analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with VP of Walmart/Sam’s and Prepared Foods CFO to develop and execute team volumetric and financial goals.
  • Provide adhoc scenario analysis, improve/deliver financial reporting, and support annual planning/tracking.
  • Ensure team effectively manages audit control points to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key cross-functional partners to facilitate growth.
