About The Position
Audible is seeking an Associate Director to support our Product Planning and Operations function. In this role, you'll expose, quantify and manage the tradeoffs across Audible's product portfolio to optimize long-term customer and business value. You'll partner closely with Product and Insights leaders, Finance, and Data Science to establish frameworks that balance growth and profitability initiatives, and enable teams to build plans to execute against our short- and long-term strategy. This includes defining and driving the processes for how we set and track goals, and manage towards intended outcomes for the customer. Successful candidates for this position will have strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. A good understanding of the product development lifecycle is a plus.
