About The Position
The Associate Director of Workday Hire to Retire Total Rewards Portfolio will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing management of Kyndryl's Workday solutions. This role requires extensive knowledge in Workday and experience in managing large-scale ERP projects. The Associate Director will work with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and other business units, to ensure the Workday platform aligns with Kyndryl's business objectives and enhances operational efficiency.
