About The Position
The Associate Director of Skilled Trades is responsible for developing, planning, and managing all aspects of Skilled Trades programming at A-B Tech. This includes overseeing internal and external partnerships, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and aligning initiatives with the strategic goals of the Economic and Workforce Development/Continuing Education Division. The role also involves managing budgets, instructor scheduling, and student enrollment, while supporting workforce diversity and contributing to the college's mission.
