The College Readiness Assessments (CRA) division is a team of mission-driven people who deliver the SAT Suite of Assessments (SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT10, and PSAT 8/9) to millions of students across the world each year to help open their paths to life after high school. The SAT Suite connects students to a wide range of post-high school opportunities, including scholarships, careers, colleges, and universities. In 2023, we retired the use of paper/pencil testing and are now a fully digital SAT Suite offering an assessment that is easier to give, easier to take, more secure, and more relevant. As the Associate Director of SAT Suite Program Operations, you will play a pivotal role in translating vision into action across a defined program of high-impact initiatives. Partnering closely with the Vice President you will scope, prioritize, and deliver strategic efforts that strengthen the SAT Suite's operational excellence, alignment, and innovation capacity. Your work will focus on program visibility and risk management, cross lines of business insight consolidation, data standardization for state and district partners, and ROI based tracking. You will lead these initiatives from planning through execution, bringing expertise in project management, strategic thinking, data analysis, and change management to deliver measurable results that support students and educators nationwide. This role is centered on process creation/improvement and information management: simplifying our work, creating consistency across documentation and workflows, and ensuring staff can quickly access, understand, and apply business-critical information. This is a highly visible and dynamic role with significant responsibility for shaping one of the most recognized educational programs in the country.
