Why This Role Matters: The Associate Director of Sales Compensation will be responsible for creating, maintaining, administering and communicating sales incentive programs. This role will partner closely with the Sales Management and Strategy and Finance teams to ensure that the sales incentive programs support the organization’s sales goals and help maintain competitive positioning with the industry. In addition, this role will help support the ongoing strategy and administration of non-sales compensation related programs for Group 1001.
