In this role, you will: Provide directions to the S&OE team and support escalation for their assigned Sector/Business Unit ensuring that plans laid out in the S&OP are executed. Partner with BU sales, Brands, Supply Chain and Product Supply Teams to provide input into decision making, gather input into deviations, assist in execution of business plans and gap management. Participate in Key Projects as needed to enhance S&OE capabilities and drive overall value for Supply Chain Planning & Logistics Organization. Assist Director of Inbound/Outbound Planning in development of team roles and responsibilities. Train, coach and develop S&OE team in the ways of working, tool utilization, Coordinated Response, segmentation, and scenario/driver-based segmentation to deliver our S&OP plans. The position reports to the Director, Supply Chain Planning & Logistics – Inbound/Outbound Planning. Provide leadership for S&OE and related collaboration processes, including Sales and Operations Planning, Strategic Service Management Initiative, Customer Transition Planning, Innovation Management, and key customer level forecasts. Assist in execution of S&OE to meet or exceed key performance indicators. Assist in identification, interpretation, and containment of gaps to our S&OP plans as required. Facilitate decision making and escalation to recommend solutions to assigned business unit when key performance indicators are not met. Participate in strategic development and implementation of sustainable management tools and processes that support S&OE and gap management. Provide leadership in proactively managing situations in which supply and demand are out of balance including the development and execution of demand management and/or supply allocation strategies where appropriate. Keep informed of industry initiatives/trends, new technologies and process enhancements through benchmarking and best practices research to be leveraged in support of team objectives, while linking development plans with front-end learning agendas. Shape and sustain effectively motivated teams to deliver desired results by providing vision direction, building trust, coaching and developing team members, leveraging individual abilities, and ensuring best practices are utilized. Develop and maintain sustainable business relationships with key customers. Make recommendations and help navigate decisions as part of the S&OE process. Report out or share information with director level, senior director level, GM, and VP level on a regular basis and with higher levels of the organization as needed. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience with successful supply chain planning, gap management, quantitative business analyses and general supply and demand.
• Experience in S&OP process.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of logistics, finance, customer development, consumer business brand strategies and business management.
• Complex problem solver to resolve business issues.
• Project leadership skills.
• Experience developing internal customer relationships and conducting business analyses.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• 10+ years of business experience.
• Experience leading a team, knowledge of supply and demand planning tools, knowledge of marketing, forecasting and space management processes is a plus.
• Proficient in data access tools and PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
