This candidate will be an excellent people leader, capable of mentoring and motivating a team to achieve top performance, build morale, and develop professional growth opportunities. They must bring a minimum of 10 years of RCM experience in healthcare or dental settings, with expertise in Dentrix and other dental practice management solutions.
