Associate Director, Reputation Management (Global) plays a critical role in supporting The Nature Conservancy’s reputational risk management and crisis preparedness efforts. Reporting to the Director of Global Media Relations and Reputation, this position contributes to the development and implementation of strategic communications plans, provides counsel on sensitive issues, and manages writing, editing and project management work related to crisis communications preparedness and response. The position plays a key role in helping the team navigate sensitive issues and maintain continuity during a time of global political and economic volatility. Sitting in TNC’s Marketing and Communications division and working alongside colleagues from the Global Media Relations and Reputation team and regional media relations experts based in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia, the Associate Director, Reputation Management (Global) will help advance TNC’s reputation strategy and maintain credibility and trust with reporters at top-tier media outlets, high-value donors, policy decision makers, staff, and corporate partners.
