Leveraging our team's expertise in antibody discovery and engineering, we have created a robust pipeline of differentiated investigational therapeutic candidates for well-validated targets. Reporting to the Director, R&D Counsel, the Associate Director, R&D Counsel will serve as a key member of the Legal team and will work across a broad range of business functions supporting contracting needs, including finance, clinical operations, quality, research, and development. The Associate Director, R&D Counsel should be a collaborative team player willing to work on a wide variety of projects with a willingness to roll up their sleeves with the ability to be strategic as well as tactical depending on business needs. This role offers an opportunity to grow as the company grows as part of a collaborative and skilled team. This role is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters. Our office-based employees are required to work in the office three (3) days a week.
