The Portfolio Governance role is crucial in overseeing and guiding the management of financial portfolios. This role involves facilitating and coaching a cross-functional team in using the Scrum framework for software development within an Agile environment. The Portfolio Governance leader ensures that the team adheres to financial standard methodologies and principles, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment for delivering high-quality financial analysis. In addition, the Associate Director of Project Management will focus on efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement, empowering the team to achieve success.
