Associate Director - Project Controls Lead

Turner & Townsend is looking for an Associate Director of Project Controls to lead our team on a large, new-build healthcare construction project. The role involves establishing and executing the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management. The Associate Director will be responsible for the project budget approval process, leading risk workshops, and motivating the team by providing clear direction and goals. This position also includes overseeing project controls deliverables, developing regular reporting, and ensuring quality control and assurance.
