The NextGen Service Management and Tech Transformation team is actively seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated programs composed of multiple interrelated projects. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage cross-functional dependencies, and work closely with partners to drive outcomes. You will play a critical role in fostering collaboration across teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and enabling transparency and accountability at all levels. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead critical initiatives and contribute to enterprise-wide impact.

  • Define clear program goals and objectives and communicate them effectively to the project teams and interested parties.
  • Assemble and develop high-performing project teams, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
  • Foster open and transparent communication channels among team members, collaborators, and executives.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances, adjust plans when necessary, and be open to new insights and approaches.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with interested parties, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.
  • Regularly supervise program progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, bringing to bear emerging technology like AI and Automation to help simplify, eliminate, and automate where needed.
  • Learn from past experiences and implement lessons learned to enhance future programs.
  • Bachelor's in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Advanced certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional), SCM, SAFe, Prosci are highly valued.
  • Seven to Nine years of experience in managing IT programs is required.
