Chewy is seeking an AD Program Manager-Segmented Supply Chain to serve as the operational general manager for our growing Dropship business. In this high-impact role, you will own end-to-end operational performance across the Dropship ecosystem—including vendor performance management, instock execution, order routing logic, delivery experience (DEX), and customer experience (including DEX). This leader will act as the connective tissue across internal functions (Category Management, SC Planning, Technology, Transportation, Customer Service, Finance, and Legal) and external vendors to build a resilient, scalable, and customer driven dropship operation.
