The Associate Director of Program Management will play a pivotal role in driving large strategic transformations that impact people, process, technology, and data. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong program management expertise, a strong technical background, and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple departments in a highly matrixed environment. The AD of Program Management will also play an active role as an internal change agent ensuring adoption of new processes and systems throughout the organization.
