About The Position

EAB is looking for a talented, driven, and entrepreneurial marketer to lead product marketing for uniformed services recruitment partnerships. EAB is helping to recruit the nation's next generation of service members for local, state, and national roles in the armed forces. The ideal candidate will play an important role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing product. They will work closely with sellers at all stages of the funnel, developing both high-impact brand awareness content and highly customized sales proposals that close deals. This role is an opportunity help define market positioning and value proposition. We are looking for someone with talent, initiative, vision, and an ability to execute. Product marketers at EAB develop content and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive demand and sales, and support partner success. This includes developing thought leadership content such as insight papers, blog posts, infographics, videos, and webinar decks as well as sales enablement collateral such as one-pagers, sales decks, proposals, and urgency documents. In addition to a passion for writing, a love for big ideas, and a graphical eye, to be successful in the role, one must have excellent collaboration and project management skills.
