About The Position
Gartner's core asset is its people. Our people develop insights, share advice, and create experiences that help our clients be more successful. The HR Strategy & Operations team within Gartner derives actionable insights from workforce data to recommend and implement better ways of attracting, developing, and retaining Gartner associates to drive growth, higher sales, more productivity, and better client experiences. We drive impact on Gartner's Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging state of the art technology, analytics, and processes. The Associate Director, HR Systems will be tasked with identifying the customer needs and the larger business objectives, articulate what success looks like for a product and the broader roadmap, and drive excellence in execution while providing strong guidance and communication to the business.
