The Associate Director, Philanthropy identifies and cultivates prospective donors from communities within the hospital/clinic's service territory for the purpose of soliciting major gifts. The Associate Director nurtures donor relationships through regular contact, communication, and recognition, and develops and maintains relationships with hospital-affiliated Shriners Temples and the community for the purpose of fundraising. They are responsible for following and fulfilling the objectives and goals disseminated by Shriners Children's national and local boards, as well as the Executive Director of Location Philanthropy and Chief Philanthropy Officer. The position requires the willingness and ability to travel as needed and occasionally work evenings and weekends when necessary.
