About The Position

Join our Integrated Account Management team as the Associate Director, Pharmacy & Distribution Customer Manager and take ownership of how our brands reach patients through the pharmacy channel. In this high-impact role you will shape go-to-market strategies across retail, specialty, clinic, and wholesaler channels, lead customer negotiations and contracts, and partner cross-functionally to turn brand plans into real-world distribution and market-access solutions. You'll drive product launches and customer initiatives that improve patient access, strengthen pharmacy relationships, and elevate pharmacists as trusted healthcare partners — all while influencing commercial strategy at the brand and portfolio level.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or account management experience.
  • Ability to work hybrid at our North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), Pennsylvania office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated customer and product strategies and tactics for retail pharmacy, in‑store clinics, specialty pharmacy, and wholesaler customers.
  • Translate brand strategy into product distribution and market-access solutions by collaborating with directors and brand managers within Marketing and Payer Marketing and ensuring integration with other Integrated Account Management customer segments.
  • Support key external customer relationships, including negotiating product contracts and monitoring contract performance.
  • Support product launch strategies and other customer initiatives, including consumer-directed programs via pharmacy, customer contracting, customer communications, stocking initiatives, product allocation and withdrawals, and packaging projects.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to brand managers and directors on business opportunities that leverage pharmacy as a channel to consumers, support pharmacy as a payer, and support pharmacists as healthcare professionals in need of disease and product education.
