Responsibilities
- Adapting and flexibly responding to the ever-changing focus, scope, and content of the role
- Taking the lead in driving cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion
- Ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget
- Contributing to the achievement of overall organizational goals
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Coordinating resources and facilitating cross-functional teams
- Ensuring effective communication, task allocation, and progress tracking
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives
- Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact successful delivery
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Patient Supply to ensure alignment and drive towards overall company goals
- Taking an active role in strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Providing valuable insights and recommendations to support the Head of Patient Supply's vision and objectives
- Bachelor's degree or the combination of education and business experience required
- Minimum of 7 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical supply chain
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or the combination of education and business experience required, with a minimum of 7 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical supply chain; expertise with cell & gene therapy preferred
- Proven experience in project management, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving them to successful completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly grasp complex concepts and navigate.
