Associate Director, Patient Supply Strategy & Operations

• Taking the lead in driving cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion
• Ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget
• Contributing to the achievement of overall organizational goals
• Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Coordinating resources and facilitating cross-functional teams
• Ensuring effective communication, task allocation, and progress tracking
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of initiatives
• Identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact successful delivery
• Collaborating closely with the Head of Patient Supply to ensure alignment and drive towards overall company goals
• Taking an active role in strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Providing valuable insights and recommendations to support the Head of Patient Supply's vision and objectives
• Bachelor's degree or the combination of education and business experience required
• Minimum of 7 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical supply chain
• Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree or the combination of education and business experience required, with a minimum of 7 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical supply chain; expertise with cell & gene therapy preferred
• Proven experience in project management, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving them to successful completion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly grasp complex concepts and navigate.
