This is what you will do: The Associate Director, Patient Services Strategy, Rare Hematology/Nephrology will drive the implementation and ongoing management of key Patient Services initiatives to support both inline and launch products. This role supports the three patient- and customer-facing functions within Patient Services: case managers (called OneSource Specialists), Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), and Patient Education Managers (PEMs). The role is critical to developing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives that support the rare disease patient journey and ensure an optimal patient experience. This role will work with all levels of Patient Services and many cross-functional partners to understand patient needs, develop appropriate strategies, and oversee tactical execution. You will be responsible for: Design and implement initiatives that will positively impact and drive a successful patient journey, inclusive of patient access, onboarding, and adherence to treatment Manage patient support programs including day-to-day management, operational partnerships, vendor relationships with a focus on driving strategic improvements Use data to analyze business performance and update strategies as needed Partner with brand teams on patient engagement strategies and tactics Lead Patient Services launch planning for future products and indications, including patient access programs and considerations on prioritization of various aspects of workflow Gather feedback on Patient Services programs and design updates to existing programs and tactics Key member of the Rare Hematology/Nephrology Patient Services Leadership Team Partner cross-functionally to implement new initiatives, including material design and approval, training plans, and communication strategies Partner with brand and Patient Services marketing on messaging, form creation, website updates, and other key materials Partner with Patient Advocacy to understand patient needs Responsible for REMS initiatives across the Rare Hematology/Nephrology portfolio Collaborate closely with the Rare Hematology/Nephrology Patient Services Strategy counterpart Coordinate and deliver the Patient Services brand plans Partner with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment.
