The Associate Director of Patient Access Strategy is a key member of the Biosimilar Value and Access Strategy team, reporting to the Senior Director, Value and Access Strategy. The Associate Director is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing strategies aligned with brand objectives to maximize patient access to therapy while minimizing GTN impact. The Associate Director will direct the efforts of vendor partners and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet strategic objectives of patient access programs. The Associate Director is responsible for all aspects of biosimilar affordability and access programs, including vendor management, program design, compliance, financial management, organizational communication, data analytics, monitoring program effectiveness, reporting outcomes, lifecycle management, and ensuring innovation in patient access programming. Patient affordability programs can significantly impact brand pricing and contracting strategy, GTN, and profitability. Therefore, financial management and ensuring cost-effective program designs are key responsibilities of the AD.
