We are seeking a Paid Search Associate Director who can confidently lead client relationships while also rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on management. You’ll be responsible for guiding client strategy, overseeing performance, and ensuring flawless execution of paid search campaigns from end to end.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant paid search experience.
  • Hands-on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets of $500k+.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, SA360, and Google Analytics.
  • Google Ads certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact for paid search strategy and performance discussions.
  • Develop and present strategic roadmaps, testing plans, and growth opportunities tailored to client goals.
  • Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation across accounts.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of paid search campaigns, including account setup, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting.
  • Actively manage campaigns using Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, SA360, and Google Analytics.
  • Monitor performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other search platforms to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Translate insights into actionable next steps that drive measurable client impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.
  • Deliver clear, data-driven performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Recommend testing strategies, budget allocation shifts, and bid strategy adjustments based on performance trends.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
