Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years manufacturing operations experience in a highly automated environment.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive Operations leadership experience.
• Experience implementing Operations Strategy.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and good problem resolution skills.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain and Finance.
• Results driven and data driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, direct and coordinate all activities related to the Operations Business Unit to achieve business objectives.
• Provide leadership in manufacturing, engineering, planning, quality, finance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the operation of assembly operations to comply with schedules, safety standards, and annual improvement in quality and total cost.
• Participate in the planning of new product introductions and ensure rapid implementation while meeting quality goals.
• Communicate business goals and objectives to plant staff and provide reports to reinforce achievement.
• Oversee the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets for all manufacturing departments.
• Develop and maintain procedures for waste reduction, improved efficiency, and cost reduction programs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements including ISO and FDA standards.
• Participate in all site meetings and activities, providing challenge and coaching to promote a positive culture of improvement.
