About The Position
Join Allison Transmission, a company that has been powering progress for over 100 years. We are looking for a leader to manage a team of Supervisors and oversee 40+ hourly employees. This role involves full employee life cycle management, performance management, and the implementation of departmental objectives aligned with plant and company goals. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork, ensuring adherence to company policies, and driving performance across the area of responsibility. Additionally, you will engage in union relationship management and facilitate floor operations to meet safety, quality, production cost, and schedule requirements.
