This is a remote position for Central and East Coast candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Finance or Business-related experience, including experience managing a staff.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify errors and prepare reports.
  • Ability to manage tactical implementation plans with attention to detail being critical.

Responsibilities

  • Leads Plasma Operations forecasting process including the annual budget and all interim forecasting activities.
  • Issues monthly and quarterly reports to all cost center managers comparing actual performance to the company's forecast.
  • Works with Operations on reforecasting Center Plasma volumes.
  • Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
  • Develop and execute data analysis strategies to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and develop a team of data analysts and planners, providing continuous guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans.
  • Oversee the creation of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead and maintain PowerBI as main reporting and analysis tool.
  • Managing new center capital planning and analysis.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate potential solutions to business needs.
  • Lead various financial analyses related to capital investments, strategic projects, and resource allocation.
  • Apply advanced analysis and statistical modeling techniques to optimize business strategies.
