Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a relevant Marketing or Strategy role
  • Proven track record in delivering integrated marketing pro grams with measured outcomes
  • Knowledge of digital and non-digital channels such as: media, email, SMS, web, direct mail, print, SEM, social, salesforce, events
  • Ability to lead and influence strategic recommendations, solutions, optimizations, and decisions
  • Measurement & analytics with focus on s trategic insight s to inform optimization strateg ies
  • Proven track record of leading teams without positional authority

Responsibilities

  • delivering a sound strategic approach to the customer experience across digital and non-digital channels
  • focusing on personalized campaigns that support brand objectives and compliance requirements
  • partner with and educate stakeholders about HCP and consumer experiences, omnichannel strategies, and advanced capabilities for connected campaigns that deliver on brand strategic priorities
  • continuously monitor and evaluate brand campaigns for data-driven performance optimizations
