Reporting directly to the Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions/Coordinator of Visits and Events provides strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and assessment of all on and off campus visits and events that contribute to the enrollment of academically talented and culturally, ethnically, economically, geographically, religiously, and socially diverse undergraduate students. The Associate Director supervises and leads the team responsible for developing and implementing all on and off-campus events including but not limited to daily visits, the coordination of campus tours, information sessions and panels (virtual and in-person), group visits and interviews, our Lantern Scholars Fall fly-in program, and larger-scale prospective and admitted student events. The Associate Director also oversees management of the student interns, tour guides, and ambassadors and serves as the Admissions Office's primary event liaison to College offices and services.
