About The Position
The Associate Director of Transfer Student Success (ADTSS) at Menlo College is responsible for providing comprehensive support to transfer students throughout their academic journey, from recruitment to graduation. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including Admissions and Internships & Career Services, to ensure transfer students receive the necessary guidance in academic planning, internship opportunities, and overall student success coaching. The ADTSS will play a crucial role in enhancing the academic and professional outcomes of a diverse student population, particularly first-generation college students, in alignment with the college's mission as a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI).
