Burlington School District is seeking one individual to join our Teaching & Learning team as the Associate Director of Teaching & Learning. The Associate Director of Teaching & Learning provides the leadership necessary to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional learning frameworks within the district. Works collaboratively with the Executive Director of Teaching & Learning and the Director of Curriculum to support the district's strategic planning and priority initiatives. Lead district school improvement planning and liaise with the VTAOE and BSD schools. In addition, provides leadership to the student technology and multilingual directors as needed in support of student learning.
