We are looking for an experienced and visionary Associate Director of Software Engineering to lead the development and ongoing support of our next-generation Recruiting Portal. This role will be responsible for building a high-performing engineering team from the ground up, advancing the technical strategy, and delivering a scalable, user-friendly platform that optimizes the recruiting process. This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.
